Ruth Goodenough is a patient, kind, gentle, experienced, fun loving, adaptable, and professional Piano Teacher ready to help you reach your goals. She has taught all ages, and all levels from beginners through to advanced students.

Ruth also has a strong focus on teaching special needs children, having taught several students on the autistic spectrum over the years. Students and parents alike have seen significant progress through the powerful medium of music. Get in touch today.

Nancy Wood is passionate about passing on her love of music through tutoring the piano and has taught both privately and in local schools for nearly two decades.

“Everyone is unique and I strive to tailor my lessons to meet the individual strengths and goals of my students. I believe anyone can learn if they have the desire, motivation and commitment. I have taught budding pianists from six to 84 years young!!!

My piano journey began at age seven in New Plymouth, when I began lessons with an inspirational piano teacher. Music is a gift which has enriched my life. I have had many opportunities to play and make lifelong friendships through music. The piano has also given me a very special and personal outlet for self-expression and creativity. I am looking forward to sharing the joy of music with you and your family.
